Most common causes of filler migration?

-technique.
large amounts of filler injected in 1 spot create a “foreign body effect” and body
Is trying to push it away to less pressure/movements zones.
It also can be a wrong plane/layer when filler can be slipped out.

-type of filler.
Cohesivity ( ability to “stick” to human tissues) varies a lot therefore we see much more common migration in fillers with low cohesivity. They are unfortunately still common in Australia injected mostly in cheap places like shopping malls, no doctor supervision ( large pharma medical fillers don’t sell to no doctor places to avoid a higher number of Adverse Events against their names).
We also have a problem of fake fillers bought online ( surprisingly easy to purchase fillers from overseas, but naturally not many of them real).
