K10 questions

was developed by Prof Kessler at the Harward Medical School in USA and widely used by doctors and psychologists all over the world, including our VISTA clinic. This simple tool helps doctors to assess your general psychological wellbeing, distress levels in the recent time.

Keep in mind, there are no right or wrong answers. It’s about how you feel yourself in the last month.

In the past 4 weeks, approximately

how often did you feel:

1.None of the time

2.A little of the time

3.Some of the time

4.Most of the time

5.All of the time

tired for no good reason?

so nervous that nothing could calm you down?

restless or fidgety?

so restless you could not sit still?

that everything was an effort?

so sad that nothing could cheer you up?

The tool is not a diagnosis. It helps you to assess your psychological welbeeing and, if any concerns, to bring it to your doctor, who will calculate your risks and assess you further, if needed.
